Built From Experience
Digital Pulse was built by leaders who spent years working inside the AV integration industry: not in sales, but in the field, on the floor, and behind the scenes of large-scale deployments. From video walls and interactive displays to conference room technology, our team has been part of the projects that national integrators depend on to deliver results.
That ground-level experience gave us a unique vantage point, an inside view of both what great integration looks like and where the industry consistently falls short of client expectations. That perspective is what Digital Pulse was built to fix.
The Gap We Saw
Too many AV projects are treated as transactions rather than partnerships. Customers deal with poor communication, missed deadlines, surprise change orders, and limited executive involvement once contracts are signed. Integrators focus on selling equipment instead of understanding business objectives.
We believed technology integration should start with solving business problems first and selecting technology second.
