Why We Started This

After more than 20 years leading complex operations, technology initiatives, and business transformation, our founder, Monica Landrau, saw a familiar problem in the AV industry: technology was too often driving the conversation instead of the business need.

Digital Pulse was built to approach it differently.

We start by understanding how people actually meet, communicate, teach, collaborate, and work—then design the technology around those needs. Monica Landrau is the Founder, President & CEO of Digital Pulse Integrated Technologies. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across operations, technology, and business transformation, she founded Digital Pulse to bring a business-first approach to integrated technology. Her engineering background and hands-on leadership connect thoughtful design and technical execution to the way organizations actually work. She focuses on delivering practical solutions that improve everyday experiences, support operational goals, and create lasting value for clients.

Brent Ray

Regional Director of Sales

Brent is the Regional Director of Sales at Digital Pulse Integrated Technologies. With more than 25 years of experience in audiovisual integration and sales, he brings an entrepreneurial approach grounded in technical knowledge and client relationships. His background spans collaboration solutions, professional AV systems, and go-to-market strategy, with experience across multiple platforms. At Digital Pulse, he helps organizations connect their business needs with practical technology solutions that support how their teams communicate, collaborate, and work.
